Great Bow Yard is in Langport, near Taunton, with views over the Somerset Levels, River Parrett and the Great Bow Bridge. The waterside location accounts for much of the town's history dating back to the Middle Ages when it was already a trading and banking centre.
High street shops, a library and a surgery are a few minutes walk away and the local secondary school is highly recommended, with excellent sports facilities.
A regular bus service provides links with Taunton and Yeovil, and the M5 and A303 are 10-15 minutes drive. |
