our track recordThe eco-homes at Great Bow Yard were financed in 2003 and 2004 by loans totalling £850,000 from 25 individuals and a bank borrowing facility of £1,800,000. The individuals who loaned money to Ecos Homes agreed to do so in return for a 7% annual interest rate for the duration of their loan - between two and three years. Interest was compounded and paid at the end of the project in December 2006 when all the loans were repaid. |
